If you want to change the billing date on your account please get in touch with us via whatsapp or email & we will sort this for you.

Please note, we cannot change the date of your first payment as this will always fall on the day your service has been activated.  However we can then change the date for your future payments, provided you give us plenty of notice to process this for you.

We do this by sending you a pro rata invoice for the period up until your new selected date.

For example you are currently billed on 1st every month & want to change this to the 15th of every month.

Provided you give us sufficient notice, we will send you a pro-rata invoice to cover 1st to 14th of that month then start your full payment on 15th, that way the whole month of service is covered.

We do not offer any facility to delay the payment due date, so please let us know well in advance so that your account does not fall into arrears.
