All prices are including VAT and are billed monthly in advance by Direct Debit. *= You must be wired in using an ethernet cable if you want to achieve speeds greater than 500Mbps. 30-Day Cooling-off Period – Mersey Fibre allows you to cancel at any time up to the 30th day your service is first active without incurring any charges.

Working with your landlord, Mersey Fibre are looking to invest into the building with ultra-fast internet (with speeds up to 10Gbps) for all tenants and pre-enabled all apartments ready for switch-on the same day, if a router is already present.

Many tenants in other apartment blocks choose Mersey Fibre as we are a local company who pride ourselves on providing a great service with fast speeds and a reliable broadband network.

Normally, it’s 10 working days and can be shortened to 5 working days for a small extra fee. If you already have Mersey Fibre installed and a router present, we can get you switched on the same day that you move in. Contact us for more info on this.

Yes you can, you can plug it into our Mersey Fibre wall port and begin using the service, which means we should not need to come out to your property.
