Frequently Asked Questions

Normally, it’s about 2 weeks to get fibre installed at your home. If you already have Mersey Fibre installed and a router present, we can get you switched on the same day that you move in. Contact us for more info on this.

Yes you can, you can plug it into our Mersey Fibre wall port and begin using the service, which means we should not need to come out to your property.

If you move home we hope you can take your Mersey Fibre with you, if you are staying within the Liverpool City Region (Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Wirral) , though this will depend on availability.
