Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
Important Information regarding your DSAR:
The Timeline: We will respond within one calendar month. If we require clarification or identity verification, the 30-day "clock" will pause until we receive that information from you.
Proportionate Searches: We perform reasonable and proportionate searches for your data. We do not generally provide internal business strategy documents or data belonging to third parties.
Complaints: Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, if you are unhappy with our response, you must lodge a complaint with our internal Data Protection Lead before escalating the matter to the Information Commissioner.
