All prices are including VAT and are billed monthly in advance by Direct Debit. *= You must be wired in using an ethernet cable if you want to achieve speeds greater than 500Mbps. 30-Day Cooling-off Period – Mersey Fibre allows you to cancel at any time up to the 30th day your service is first active without incurring any charges.

You don't have to use Mersey Fibre in Liverpool One, you can use any provider of your choice.

That said, you may find that other broadband providers who have not invested into the Liverpool One estate cannot provide you with fast speeds and a reliable and stable service.
